I waited for an hour before they even started, because everyone was in the back eating. The person at the front desk had the news blaring, was on his phone, and barely acknowledged anyone who walked in. After all that, they told me they couldn’t patch the tire because it was “too close to the sidewall.” When my husband arrived five minutes later, the story changed — suddenly the real reason was that they “didn’t think there was enough tread,” and they said we had to replace two tires instead of just one. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place and we will not be back.
