We pulled in and they were able to patch the tire in no time! They were professional & courteous, and the best part was there was no charge! They said printer quit working. 2nd experience they replaced one tire on daughter’s car. When they called to tell her it was complete they said they did an alignment too and it was 120.00. Didn’t ask before doing it. Just did it. Beware.
- LYLivy YvonneNov 7, 20251.0I went in today for new tires. I had an appointment scheduled, I was given a quote, and yes they gave me a good deal on tires. However, as I was sitting in the waiting room the same guy came out and gave the same spiel to the others ahead of me. “Your alignment is off and pulls to the right really bad. It’s usually $119 but I’ll give it to you for $99 today.” So, I was prepared when it came my turn to get the spiel. The thing is, I was at Ford earlier this morning getting “the works” package where they did a complete inspection and did not note any issues with my alignment. My only issue was needing new tires, I didn’t want to pay dealership price, so that’s why I ended up at Mavis. Also my car is only a couple years old, and I think I’d notice if I were pulling to the right considering how often I let go of the wheel to open a can of celcius. When I told the guy that I will not be doing the alignment, he was rude, and told me my “warranty is voided.” Which, is illegal. He then proceeded to act like a child and spoke out loud while typing “client refuses alignment therefore tire warranty is voided.” Needless to say, I will absolutely not be going back and I hope others take caution when they go.
