I called literally two minutes before closing with a serious emergency and they both agreed to wait on me to make sure I could get what I needed. I called O'rileys right before, and was told they wouldn't be able to wait on me. Ramon and Brody were so helpful, they didn't rush me and they were SO kind! I know they were probably ready to get home but their kindness did NOT go unnoticed! Thank you again, Ramon and Brody!

Came here three times over the last week to talk to store manager about getting a commercial account and to create a relationship with the store. Was told twice the store manager had either left early or did not come in that day. I had come in at random times between 8:30am and 4:30pm, the hours I was told he worked, and he was not there. When I was told the store manager was there, I waited over an hour to talk to him. I was told he was in the bathroom, yet did not see him for an hour. Employees up front were helpful and kind, but were overwhelmed with customers with phones ringing off the hook. The environment was chaotic and the employees are obviously understaffed. Not their fault. Surprised that the manager refused to help. Disappointed. Took my business to O’Reilly’s down the street.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
