  The Mr Tire location in Lincolnton NC is great! They really care about their customers. I had work done in January here, and within 2 months my tires started balding. I went to the location in charlotte to have my 2 back tires installed and they completed missed the issue regarding the control arms on the front two tires of my vehicle. Eric and his team did a great job, and although I did not have the money to pay for all of the work, they informed me a pay later option which allowed them to get the work done same day. Thank you so much for actually caring for your customers safety! 5 ⭐️’s! The location in Charlotte (Monroe Rd gets 0 ⭐️’s)

  This place has gotten terrible lately. Used to come here for the quality service but not anymore. Had my brakes done here and they messed up my emergency brakes to where they hardly hold. Gave them a second chance and had my tires done here and they’ve crossed threaded one of the lugs and stripped the threads off another on to where love lost a lug nut. I wouldn’t come here to have my wiper fluid changed! Pitiful!

  The assistant manager Taylor took great care of my vehicles . It was wonderful experience I haven't had in a long time. He explained in detail what services I needed then provided me with pictures and made great suggestions for my next service visit.

  Needed a tire that day they ordered one went and picked it up had me in and out and the price quoted was what I paid. The staff were nice and friendly.
