  Took my vehicle here at the beginning of March for an oil change. They ran a full diagnostic on my car without my consent. Asked for a bunch of repairs based off “mileage” even though the Hispanic man said everything was running fine. He reiterated multiple times it was just “based off mileage” Very rude and argumentative after I said I was only there for an oil change. I’ve now put 3 quarts back into my vehicle and have no leaks or broken gaskets. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

  Brought my son’s car in for inspection while he’s deployed. It wouldn’t pass without some work. These guys cut the repair bill nearly in half for my son. Super nice people. Great work. They will work with you on price…and you don’t have to be active duty!! They have definitely earned not only my business, but also my respect. Kudos to these guys!!

  Mavis tire in Lincolnton,NC. Your workers are the key to any good business. I had a powersteering leaking bad. Stopped in at Mavis to check. As you can imagine ofcourse it was a very expensive part. With a repair cost that I didn't need to have at the moment. But, the store manager "Mason" was able to work some numbers and options and saved me enough money to "ease the pain" and have the repairs done. And they were able to get it going again by the end of that day. I had no way home or to go pick my van up when finished. Service guy, Michell, a nice young man gave me a ride both times. You guys at Mavis tire were awesome and I very much appreciate your help. Thank you very much. Carl S

  Never again! All I wanted was for them 2 turn 2 tires around on the rim and they tell me they cant unless I install the tires on the car, its policy. So I install all the tires on the car that's now running directional tires backwards and get there and I tell them it took me a minute bc I had to install the adapters and he says oh your running spacers and I said no I'm running hub centric adapters long story short he wouldn't flip my directional tires around to where they would be safe to drive on after having me install them on a car that they won't even be going on for them to still not do the job bc they thought they would sell me some tires or it wasn't worth the garage time it would take to do it🤷‍♂️ I was the only vehicle in the parking lot. Since when is a tire shop not allowed to rotate tires if your running adapters? And what kinda policy says the tires have to be on the car for them to take them off the rim and put them back on in the proper direction. No other shop I contacted had heard of such a policy and thought it to be reckless requiring me to install the tires and drive there instead of just bringing them in. Wouldn't take anything to them for any work
