    Want to give an update after 2 weeks since my 1 star, I’ve noticed a dramatic change, things got better in a hurry! The carwash is working properly, they have that really cool dude greeting you. They listened to my complaint and from what I can see after 6-8 visits has been a change for the better. I’ve saw that guy around here but he doesn’t interact with the customers anymore, if anything he directs the cars into the wash. But kudos to Zip. Other than not getting my %50 off for 3 months, even though it says the discount is applied, they have definitely stepped things up these last couple of weeks. The soap dispensers are working properly, tires are very shiny. Appreciate you listening to your customers, and making changes or changes are needed!
