I went in to ask for a spray bottle to finish the wash. The manager whom I didn’t get his name told me he didn’t have a one but I could drive my car back through the wash because I get two a day. I replied I get two full washes a day that was not a full wash and he handed me a card to contact customer service. Why on earth would I drive my car back through the wash for the same result? Every car was the same as mine setting in the vacuum spaces. He never said let me take a look to fix the issue just a standard answer with no thought behind it.

The carwash is working properly, they have that really cool dude greeting you. They listened to my complaint and from what I can see after 6-8 visits has been a change for the better. I’ve saw that guy around here but he doesn’t interact with the customers anymore, if anything he directs the cars into the wash. But kudos to Zip. Other than not getting my %50 off for 3 months, even though it says the discount is applied, they have definitely stepped things up these last couple of weeks. The soap dispensers are working properly, tires are very shiny. Appreciate you listening to your customers, and making changes or changes are needed!
