- SHSerra Hallman6 days ago5.0I've been to this location twice so far with intentions to return anytime I have trouble. Both times, Taylor assisted me. He's knowledgeable, polite, and honest. This most recent visit, I got my oil changed but I also mentioned I'd heard my brakes squeaking recently and they may need changed. Usually, I check and change my own, but I'd been too busy and this (very old, but new to me) vehicle has drum brakes on the back that I've never changed before. He could quite easily have told me all four needed changed. I wouldn't have known the difference since I hadn't looked for myself. Instead, he told me they were in perfectly acceptable state and greased them for me to stop the squeaking. As a woman, I'm unfortunately used to having to fight to have a fair experience with a mechanic. Taylor at Mr. Tire has not made me fight to receive good, fair maintenance. It was quick, it was easy, it was efficient.

Long story short Mr. Tire upper management get ERIC more money the amount of daily bs he has to fix from shotty & sorry previous management has got to take it's toll but ERIC has a great & infectious positive attitude & a great patience & really deserves more money period! But thanks again Eric & guys in back for fixing me up & good look out for the cook out! Also make sure folks you keep up with your ticket/paperwork because CPU won't always find you in system especially when they put you under a name that no language exist for & that's all I'll say on that I know ERIC gets it, old management JOEL thought he worked @ discount tire instead of Mr. Tire ✅
