    This place is convienient but so terrible. I called yesterday to confirm my reservation for today. It was confirmed. I would be returning a car and also picking one up. There was no problem. Get there at around 11 am, get the vehicle ready to go and realize the tags are expired. They tell me that registration is not expired but no sticker is available. I told them I do not want to drive a car with expired sticker. They tell me there is nothing else available. When there are several cars there on the lot?!

    Rented a car 2 weeks in advance so I could ensure getting the exact car I wanted. I needed a fairly large vehicle, I called them in advance to ensure I would get the car I wanted and I did. Olivia was great! I had to add a driver half way through the trip, in Edmonton AB Canada. They were having trouble doing it there but they were able to call the Lincolton branch and Olivia got her added. I wasn’t aware there was a $125.00 fee for an additional driver, no one ever mentioned it so that was a bit of a downer. Driving over 5k miles having 2 drivers was kind of essential so I guess I have to eat that cost. The car was great even with 59k mile on it, it didn’t give me any trouble and was nice to drive (ford explorer)

    Had a reservation for a car at 4pm. Didn't have the car til after 5pm had to sit and wait. Then after sitting and waiting for the car (and after telling them I was waiting for my daughter to bring me my husband's card) was told only then that he had to be present. I was not informed of this earlier and was a huge waste of my time. I will not be going back to them as they knew my husband could not get there before they closed. Poor information and it was horrible that they knew earlier in the day that they did not have any cars available due to waiting for a shop to change the oil. Call people before they arrive and then say " I was about to call you". No you wasn't because I was not the only person that they done that to that day. One lady has been waiting since noon. I am probably the only one that will post this for people to see though.

    I was in on Friday due to a breakdown while traveling. I called what I thought was the Main street store. It was 3:00pm or so. I asked to rent a car due to the breakdown and family that was traveling with us were ahead of us and full. Our cabin rental for the weekend was 1.5 hours away. My husband was having the car towed to the closest firestone in Mooresville, because they are open on the weekend. I was assured they had plenty cars. They could not pick me up. It would be 2 hours before they could arrange a ride and they were closing at 5:30 pm. So much for the slogan WE'LL PICK YOU UP!! I tried to get an UBER 2 hours or more. I was frantic on what to do. So I asked the rep was there an enterprise in Mooresville. There was and it was close to Fireston. So I made the reservation for Mooresville instead. Long story short, we could ride with wrecker but would not get there in time to pick up there either. The first tow truck driver offered to give me a ride to the Lincolnton enterprise. Hubby went with broken down car, I went to rent a car. Remember, they HAD PLENTY. Upon arrival at the Main street Enterprise, several people were standing and waiting. I waited my turn and spoke with Kevin. There was only one other man sitting at a register and he was doing Nothing. When kevin asked if I had a reservation I said yes he looked me up and said it was in Mooresville. I explained that we had talked earlier and he said not to me and he had NO cars to rent. I said I just spoke to him and was assured he had plenty. He said I have not had plenty since COVID and you spoke to a call center. They get incentives for each booking. I explained my problem and I had no one except the family an hour and a half away. Cars were being returned, but HAD to be detailed before renting. The last car to go out fell through due to insurance problems. I asked if he could rent me that car. NO I need that for tomorrow. I said that car would not be here tomorrow if the other person had been able to rent it .it was now 5:30. He tuned the lights off and waited while the last return finished getting things out a car. He WOULD NOT rent me the car that was a available. I had to call the family member to unload his family come for me and then to Mooresville to get hubby and back to Boon. I hope I NEVER need a rental again. Would NOT recommend Enterprise or this location. Kevin pulled out, headed home with me waiting in his lot waiting for my ride.
