I drove a Lincoln Town Car at this business but there were a few things that needed attention. The driver’s door took several attempts of slamming to get it to close each time, they had changed out one headlight but not the other (making them light on the road differently and look cheap even in the daylight), and the engine stumbled a little when being started and when shutting off.
I mentioned these items to the salesperson and they checked with the boss. The boss said the car was fine just like it was. I declined to buy the car and left.
In the following days, several other salespeople kept sending me emails and texts, wanting to know what it would take for me to buy the car. I replied, just fix those 3 items. I offered to pay them $100 more to replace the headlight.
No one even bothered to respond. This company advertised they had 10 service bays for auto repair and a body shop, yet they were unwilling to even find out what was wrong with the door and the engine.
I’ve never had a car dealership fail to offer to fix problems with good used cars they are selling. They may want to adjust the price some, but these folks weren’t interested in even finding out how the problems could be fixed.
I made the comment that if we didn’t know what the fixes would be, then no one could know how much those fixes might cost. No response.
I bought a nice car of the same type with no problems from another dealer.

I bought my car from out of state so everything was done remotely prior to picking the car up. The buying process was very easy and Chris was great to work with. Everyone was down to earth and just seemed like nice people. The only extra charge which I was told ahead of time was the doc fees. There were no extra add ons and no pressure to buy an extended warranty or anything else. The car was detailed and given to me with a full tank of gas. All the paperwork was ready to sign when I got there and didn’t take more than 15 minutes.
I traded in a car which we negotiated the price on without Chris seeing it but it was as I described it and there were no issues or attempts to give me less for it.
They had a very good selection of sports cars which were nice to look at too.
If I’m looking for another used car, I would return. I was a little concerned about driving hundreds of miles to another state to buy a car but this was a very simple and straightforward buying experience.
