    I was very disappointed!!!!!! I will just keep it simple. I purchased a beautiful 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie Diesel truck Mid December of 2025 from the John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lillington location not long ago. Yes, I took it for a short test drive reaching up to 45 mph in the area and made a quick loop back to the dealership, My salesman mentioned multiple times that this was a very nice truck that has been well maintained. After owning this vehicle for the first couple days I noticed significant vibration that really started around 55 mph, Granted the first day of ownership I did not drive this vehicle because I was working from home... I contacted the dealership. Long story short…. The last thing I was told is that I really should consider buying new tires and wheels? They did ask me to come back to the dealership so they could try to figure out the problem. Nothing was resolved 😩. Afterwards I was supposed to be taking my fiancé to Tennessee so that we could pick up her grandkids and bring them back to NC for Christmas. THIS, unfortunately did not happen!!!!!!, While my fiancé was leaving her home and understanding that we had a long drive ahead of us, she and I decided that it was not worth taking the risk of putting children in danger when this vehicle seemed to be questionable!!!!!!! I would think that any Mother, Father, ETC can get a true concept of this... So once again after trying to get this resolved we needed to make the choice of now renting a vehicle so that we could follow through with our Holiday plans and safely bring the Kiddos back to NC for Christmas. This truck is pretty much stock, it had 38K Miles and was in excellent condition. I was told that the previous owner buys new trucks and expensive sports cars every other year and he takes very good care of his vehicles. I went back to the dealership once more after all of this so they could do what's called a speed test??? Nothing again was changed... I’m just very disappointed that after I traded my 2017 Diesel 2500 Ram truck in and gave a $13k deposit for this upgraded Ram 2500 I am told that I need to buy new wheels and tires?? The tires are in great condition but if you spend $65K for a truck and you find something like this out within a couple days and you’re told this I’m sure it wouldn’t sit well with anyone. Since I had made this known to the dealership I have spent my time, Fuel going back and forth for them to try and figure out if they could correct this issue.. After the second time I still was given the same answer. I am a local resident, I understand what it means to try and do business with local companies... I own a construction company locally and I wanted to buy from a local dealership. 😫 Last, and this is where it gets good 😭, I am a very patient person, I live in the same world as everyone and I just wanted to have something simple resolved... I once again spoke with my salesman a couple weeks ago saying that I do not feel that my vehicle is safe!!!!!!!! At this point I have been more than patient and explained again what is happening with my vehicle. He said that the used car manager would be calling me back to help resolve this issue..... Guess what,,,, I have been patiently waiting and I have not received any response from John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lillington I truly wish things were different!! I own a small company and I live within my means. Spending this amount of money and hearing that this vehicle is in great condition, Has been very well maintained by ETC. I guess I am another warm body at the end of the sales day I don't matter in their big picture 😩😩😩😩 Josh Wingate

    In September, I brought my vehicle in because the transmission was stuck in first gear. I was charged $100 for a diagnostic and was told the issue was caused by excess transmission fluid and that it had been fixed. Over the past month, as temperatures dropped, the same issue returned—the transmission was again stuck in first gear. I brought it back and was charged another $200 diagnostic fee, but the excess transmission fluid was still not drained at that time. I then left the vehicle with them, and the total for that second visit came to $429, which included finally draining the excess transmission fluid. In total, I paid $529 for what appears to be the same issue that was not properly resolved during the first visit. I would appreciate someone from management reaching out to me directly to discuss this situation and make it right.

    The Sanford store sent my truck here to have the rear bumper painted. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing. There were runs in the paint, poor surface prep, and overspray on the plastics which should have been removed before paint. They also wiped the plastic with acetone which bleaches the plastic.

    I took my Challenger to get serviced for a knocking noise. My Service Advisor was John Sullivan. He was so kind and helpful. John provided me with a complete detailed list of services needed. He stayed in communication with me via text messages, which was great because I was at work and could not always step away to have a conversation. Each day he had my car, he continued to give me updates on the status of my car. I never had to contact him to inquire about my car because he provided me everything I needed. This is exactly the way customers should be treated when bringing cars in for service. Thank you Mr John Sullivan for such a smooth and great experience at John Hiester in Lillington. I always took my car to Dodge in Cary NC. Every time I have been to Cary I had the worst experience!!! Cary may need to take notes from John Heister in Lillington. Going forward I will always bring my car to John Hiester in Lillington with John Sullivan!! Thank you 😊
