- FMFazal Mohammed2 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I explicitly gave permission for only ONE credit inquiry, but they ran my credit FIVE times without my consent. This is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust. Multiple unauthorized credit pulls can negatively impact a person’s credit score, and this kind of behavior should not happen to any customer. When I raised the issue, there was no proper accountability or effort to resolve it. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and make sure you clearly monitor what they are doing with your personal information. I will be disputing these inquiries with the credit bureaus and filing formal complaints. Manager Dan handles this.

My daughter was buying her first vehicle and she immediately fell in love with a Dodge Durango. It was a little above our price point but Martin went above and beyond in order to ensure we were able to get the vehicle at the price we needed. Martin was very kind, explained everything clearly, and was never pushy. He told us his goal was to get her in the vehicle she loved, instead of her settling for something different. Everyone there was very kind and accommodating. Will definitely recommend anyone to come to this location!!

I really appreciated how easy he made the process. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and not just making a sale. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I would definitely recommend asking for Colby if you are looking for someone honest, patient, and easy to work with.
