I was out with three of my young kids in the car in 30 agree weather when it happened. After getting a jump, I called around all over trying to find somewhere that could fit me in for a new battery but every where was closed. I honestly had no idea what I was going to do and was start to really get worried. Then I called AutoZone and spoke with a woman named Nicole. She told me she would find a way to fit me in, and she did exactly that. I was able to purchase a well priced new battery and she installed it for me. She was willing to inconvenience herself to help me out and did so with such a great, warm demeanor. She did an amazing job changing my battery and answered all my questions. I am so grateful that I called AutoZone and that Nicole was willing to help me! If you are looking for a car part or need any of the repairs they offer, you are definitely in good hands here. Thank you, Nicole!!
