- ADAnn DeJan 3, 20265.0I wish I could rate this business ten stars because they truly deserve it. On New Year's Eve, my battery decided to kick the bucket with no warning. I was out with three of my young kids in the car in 30 agree weather when it happened. After getting a jump, I called around all over trying to find somewhere that could fit me in for a new battery but every where was closed. I honestly had no idea what I was going to do and was start to really get worried. Then I called AutoZone and spoke with a woman named Nicole. She told me she would find a way to fit me in, and she did exactly that. I was able to purchase a well priced new battery and she installed it for me. She was willing to inconvenience herself to help me out and did so with such a great, warm demeanor. She did an amazing job changing my battery and answered all my questions. I am so grateful that I called AutoZone and that Nicole was willing to help me! If you are looking for a car part or need any of the repairs they offer, you are definitely in good hands here. Thank you, Nicole!!

I stopped by to purchase a new battery for my truck, because they are supposed to help with the installation if you buy a new battery. Once their technician saw my truck he told me that he couldn’t install my battery because he didn’t want to remove the harness on top of the battery to install the new one which was understandable I suppose, but contrary to their advertised incentives to buy a battery from Aurozone. The part that made it worse was the guy still wanted to sell me a battery totally ignoring my physical disability as a combat veteran unable to install it myself.. I went to the Chevrolet dealership across the street which costs me more money as a result, so my thoughts are it’s 2025 and most vehicles are newer today and have the same setup as mine. This guy just didn’t want to install the battery and instead of telling me the truth he chose to find a reason to ignore my need.. Poor judgement and lack of integrity.. Go to the dealer if you’re disabled because they discriminate against persons with disabilities that can’t physically do anything themselves..
