This was my first time at this one in NC, near where I was visiting my son. The technicians were very helpful, polite, and efficient. Definitely a five-star experience over all.

Recently I stopped in for an oil change with my 16 year old daughter to get a simple oil change. I was rudely greeted by a manger by the name Brandon. He was very disgruntled and had such an attitude towards my daughter. I later heard him making sexist remarks towards her and another woman inside the building. I attempted to shrug it off but in the midst of this another employee by the name Andrew, was making racist comments towards colored people and his thoughts on confederate flags. Don’t get me wrong, we live in the south and have the right to freedom of speech but as an employee at your own job in a public space seems very inconsiderate and completely racist. Other than this the oil change was “decently” quick and proper. Seems to me there should be a change in management and a couple employees.
