  I appreciate the services of Eric and Stacy they both were very nice and quick with the inspection. Not a hassle was in and out. Stacy had great customer service from the moment I pulled in. I do my own oil changes mostly she offered to give me an oil sticker free of charge as I had just done one. Fantastic employee

  Will never come back here again! Have been coming here for years and like normal went to get my oil changed come to find out the guy who did my last oil change stripped my drain plug...to make matters worst they had to send for a tool to get the stripped one out...guy gets there with the tool...still cant get it out...then ol jimmy walters tells me a manager (shane) will call me when he gets done with another problem to get it out...I waited 4 hours for him to call so I go back up there apparently he left town so THEN I have to drive to center street so they can get it out and Gabriel and Bailey were amazing but the manger Cameron only gives me 25 dollars off after 5 hours of straight chaos...its beyond ridiculous

  Never going here ever again I usually pay $60 for an oil change. I assumed I was going to pay more because it’s convenient quick change. I told Stacey Smith I wanted a basic oil change. I reiterated it so many times I just wanted basic oil they put premium oil in my car Charge me $140 when they try to get me paid that much I told them no that’s not what I asked for. I asked for basic oil I did not want premium. I told you that and they said that because I didn’t say economy they gave me premium. I don’t get how you confused basic and premium. I will never go here again. They forced me to pay for something that I did not ask for when I told them over and over again they just said that’s what I have to pay. Do not go here if you are a girl by yourself because clearly they’ll take advantage.

  They just robbed my 20 yr old daughter. They charged her 140 for an oil change! She asked for the basic not premium. After they fact they said sorry but that’s what your paying for because that’s what you got you should have said economy! Thanks for looking out for our young girls getting oils changes by their self!! Great job guys!!

  Stacy and John were the ones to do the oil change and 10/10 recommend going to see them. Pulling in Stacy had cold waters waiting for us was probably the best customer services i’ve ever had! Stacy and John were friendly kind and was sincere about it! They answer any question i had and if i didn’t understand they help me get it !!! So hard to find good people and Strickland brothers hit gold to find two! Thank you for making getting an oil change and Great and fun experience
