  So I was shopping for tires for my girlfriends car, found the tires I was looking for scheduled it online for Saturday. When arrived Annette was very kind and helpful, very joyful to talk to. The tires I had purchased they only had 2 in stock, so they changed me to another set of tires for the same price as the ones I had originally purchased. Was in and out in a matter of time. Before leaving scheduled appointment to have an alignment, oil change, and fuel system flush for next Saturday. Will definitely be returning.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire! Amette and Tyler were so friendly, professional, and got me in and out much faster than I expected. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and made the whole process stress-free. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the team kept me updated while my car was being worked on. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service these days, but Mavis definitely delivered. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future tire and maintenance needs!

  Tyler was extremely helpful in identifying why my brakes were shaking. I had attempting to get it fixed on three separate occasions and I didn’t get a solution until Tyler diagnosed it. He also took the time to explain why it was happening and gave several options to fix it. I will definitely be coming to this Mavis for my future car needs

  Tyler and Steven with Mavis provided fantastic customer service. Wouldn't allow payment for a minor leak repair. Got me out of a major jam while traveling visiting family. I got a price on full tire replacement. I will be returning. Thanks so much!

  I would not trust this location to do anything to my vehicle. I started my vehicle just fine and brought it to them the weekend before I started a job out of town for an alignment. Then I get a call that my vehicle will not start. They tell me that I need a new starter and sent me a video of a loose wire sparking. I agreed to the starter replacement even though I didn't believe that I needed it just so I could have my vehicle the next week. I needed a flex plate which I was aware of and this was a more complicated mechanic service that they do not provide. My vehicle was worse when I picked it up than when I brought it to them. It was grinding after every start. I would have to start my vehicle 10-20 times to get it to start. I called and told them the problem. The manager would not let me talk with the owner. The female manager (i forget her name) did not offer to correct the problem with the starter or offer a refund for their work. I had to hire Whittaker's automotive in Thomasville to replace the starter with a new one again and to replace the flexplate (that mavis was unable to do). I'm telling you steer clear... this place will try to upsell you and doesn't know what they are doing; in addition, they do not warranty their work regardless of what comes out of their mouths when you first get there.
