  Malikah went above and beyond to help me during a very frustrating time which helped make things easier especially since this was the first time I had to use the extended warranty I purchased on my vehicle that was in the shop being repaired. Thank you 😊

  The manager and staff were kind, courteous and helpful. They did all they could to make sure I had the car I needed. The car was clean and almost brand new. It was a pleasure to drive.

  Enterprise provides a valuable service and they do it well. Quick and easy process, knowledgeable, friendly sales staff and a lot of vehicles and options to choose from. I had an excellent experience renting with them and I will be using them next time...... And every time!

  If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I told my concerns with the vehicles on the lot when I pulled up because my car was in a nasty wreck. While waiting for a repair my insurance covers a rental. I went to this location and the disrespect for my time was abhorrent. I asked for a small SUV because of the parking situation at work, I was told to have a seat and they’ll go get one. They didn’t ask me any other questions. Nicely, they drove 30 minutes to Thomasville location to pick up two suvs for me. I was unaware of this at first. So I sat in the lobby for over an hour “waiting patiently.” Upon receiving the two vehicles they were unlocked and I was told to pick which one I want. Nobody accompanied me to either. The first one smelled like smoke so badly that I had to use my inhaler after just poking my head in. The second one smelled of marajuana so badly I was afraid if I got pulled over in it. I discussed my concerns when the front desk lady walked up and she brushed me off and said “put her in one of those cars without a tire and put the old tire on it.” I’m pretty sure you took the old tire off because it wasn’t safe. I told her I wasn’t going to take any of their cars and she said “a Corolla just rolled up” which I responded “has it been cleaned?” She said “nope” with no implication that it would be cleaned. I could not fathom running a business with these kinds of morals. Will not be trusting enterprise with my time, money, or energy ever again.

  I had a great experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Lexington! Cameron provided excellent customer service. When he first brought my car out, we noticed it smelled like smoke from the previous renter. I asked if it would be possible to switch it, and he immediately took care of it—within a minute he had me in another car that was clean and smelled fresh. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally he handled the situation. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Amazing location and great service. Highly recommend! 🚗✨
