    Very professional and courteous. Seemed to be well trained and knowledgeable even with my Subaru which are a little different in many respects. Service was quick price reasonable.

    Zach, Mason, and Yanna were very nice and made the process of my state inspection go very quickly. I didn't know Valvoline did state inspections but I got a coupon in the mail and decided to go through with it even though it didn't apply to this service, but I'll come back soon and use it for an oil change. There were just a couple issues but they were easily fixed. I accidentally gave the registration to my previous car but Zach just told me to come back in free of charge to fix it for me and the other thing is my manual transmission is hard to drive but he was willing to try and I appreciate that because most places won't even try to drive a manual and make me drive in to their bay all the time. The customer service provided was exceptional compared to other businesses providing the same service in Lexington.

    I have never been so impressed with a company before! I originally had my oil changed and discovered that it was leaking about a month after the change. The leak was coming from the plug, and my reserve was bone dry. I came back to the location ready to combat and was met with the utmost respect and sense of urgency. Mason, who informed me was the assistant manager, did not hesitate to locate their mistake. It was a seal that wasn't replaced on the plug, and immediately showed me the missing gasket. I am now a loyal customer, thank you!
