  I came here because I had a screw in my tire and needed it plugged. They were able to get me in and out in no time! Annette met me at the door with a smile on her face! She was so welcoming! The staff that helped me check out was super friendly! I just recently moved tk the area and needed a new tire place. Coming here and feeling like I wasn't "just another customer' sealed the deal for me. The customer service was top notch and I will definitely be back!

  Annette and tyler both are great they talk to you gives great advice on what you need and helps make life easier with deals and decision making love coming to Mavis Tires and Brakes.and also love the staffing.

  I scheduled my appt online for the next day. I arrived alittle early and was informed my tires would not be there for another 2 hours, by 5pm. I received a call from them at 5:15pm telling me they would in fact not be delivered until the next day, by 11:30. The next morning I received a call by 8:30am and was told my tires we were in and scheduled for 10am. Once there, everyone was very professional and apologetic. Without asking I was offered a small discount for my troubles. They truly seemed to care about my experience. The tire service was great, very fair and upfront pricing. They covered my seats when moving the vehicle and put my spare back where it belonged! I can easily recommend Mavis Tire in Lexington and I will use them again. My only complaint, and this is more of a corporate or IT issue, tires need to be delivered by the scheduled appt time. Otherwise, this location would get 5 stars.

  Took our ‘21 Explorer to Mavis Tires here in Lexington. Annette was super helpful and let me know of additional issues with the vehicle that needed remedy. She was courteous, professional and did not pressure me into any decisions. I’ve always had good experiences with these folks and recommend you come here for all you vehicle tire and servicing needs!

  2015 4Runner…Stopped in to get an alignment and spongy brake pedal checked. Alignment took no time and was only $95 with a coupon online! For the brakes mechanic found a leaking caliper. I went and picked up a caliper at advance auto which had the wrong size mounting bolt holes but they allowed me to leave my car overnight until I could get the correct caliper. Tyler and his team were professional, friendly, and I will be back!
