Even my 6 year old son said ‘ew gross’ when he opened the car door to get in. There was also some kind of food or drink slung on the dash. If the car was cleaned properly there wouldn’t be residue of any kind. I understand fully that they are trying to get folks in a vehicle as quickly as possible but this was so unacceptable. The staff were very friendly and kind though.

Actually, it was available, sitting in the parking lot but because it was 2 HOURS after the time I reserved it for, they released it to be picked up by someone else. I was even in the office the evening before at closing to pick up the truck but because I did not have a major credit card physically on hand, he refused to rent it. Fine, I will be back first thing in the morning. I will readjust my plans. I arrive 2 hours after opening and was refused the truck I reserved. Someone else was on the way to get it. I was there. Standing, in front of the counter. Trying to pay for the truck, in which I reserved and was the sole reason it was sitting in the parking lot was me, with my major credit card in hand, but told no because their lack of understanding of what a reservation is truly used for. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me at Lexington Enterprise. Two family vacations RUINED because of Lexington Enterprise! The management is extremely poor and it shows. Last time my family was headed to Florida, reserved a van, sorry don’t have it. I am appalled at the lack of responsibility and the blatant disrespect of management. He did the same thing to another lady the evening before while I was waiting. I’m surprised the business has any customers. Jimmy Rife had his cards displayed like he should be proud. You sir, need to go back to school and learn how to follow through and run a business. Your company needs to know what they have representing Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Poor customer service and lack of responsibility without regard for their customers.
