  FANTASTIC!!! I will never go to any other enterprise except Lexington's! I am a bigger gal( more to love) and requested a larger vehicle (Chrysler van) and they accommodated that and made sure I was comfortable. Super friendly and had the BEST personalities! HIGHLY recommend

  Easy of reservation is very nice and trustworthy. But when my wife went to pick up the vehicle she upgraded it. Evidently the original contract was not referenced or referred to and so the $25.00 damage waiver was not included with the upgrade. When the vehicle was returned, the Enterprise staff found that the front right corner of the bumper had disconnected from the body. There was no noticeable structural damage to either the bumper, body or fender of the vehicle. I was subsequently charged $286.00+ for the damage I was unaware of and did not cause. If the original contract had been referenced and upgraded keeping the damage waiver this would had been a much better experience.

  After my car was totaled by a herd of deer I had to rent a car while shopping for a new one. I rented in Greensboro and found my new car in Lexington. I had to make a couple trips and rented twice, two different vehicles. I was able to turn in the vehicle in Lexington and even given a lift back to the car lot. I couldn't have been more pleased with the vehicle and the service. And the staff at both locations were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!
