  I would like to send a Shoutout to Mr. Joe, who is the manager of the store. I am the Operations Mgr at Providence Transportation and Mr. joe went above and beyond during the snowstorm to ensure one of my drivers were able to get windshield wipers, as well as get them installed. And for that we are grateful!

  Not the best experience, young man with a mullet haircut and leather jacket, act as if I was bothering him. I stopped in to have my car scanned for an engine light that came on. He was short and impatient. What happened to service with a smile.smh
