Put in a online pick up order for a battery in lexington & needed in thomasville so I called to see if I could get it switched over he said no since it’s already paid so I said ok thank you & we hung up then drive all the way to Lexington & the worker say oh I cancelled your order, & I’m like why I never mention anything about canceling he said well I assume since you didn’t say you was on the way . He calls the manager he’s just hunching his shoulders like if refunded it’s just refunded like I told them to cancel it & refund me COMMUNICATION IS KEY !!!!!! If you unsure don’t do it & going to say he tried calling twice another lie my phone did not ring … here I am still waiting for $216 to post back on my card & a battery is need asap !

The person who "helped" me really didn't seem to happy to be working that day. The store had half of what I needed, and I wanted to know if I could pick up the other part at another store, but the cashier I worked with either could help, or just didn't feel like it I don't remember. Over all the places was ok, but I couldn't justify the service I was shown.
