  Bill was fantastic to work with. I have been in the market for a traverse for MONTHS. Every dealership I went to, I was met with the same hidden fees and mark ups. Capital Chevrolet was straight forward and able to get me what I wanted plus more!

  Unbelievably, I received a text message to leave a review after my experience with this dealer. I was a few seconds away from signing for the white Ford F-150 that they still have listed after telling me they would not sell it after our interaction. Just before signing the paperwork I decided to give the truck one more look. Opened the moonroof and it would not close. Tried the AC and it had a loud ticking noise. Told the salesman that remarked, before looking at it, that it’s not a new truck. I was then told that they would fix either issue that was clearly stated would be covered in the service plan that was to purchase along with the truck. Very disappointing experience. Had to put one star otherwise would be zero stars.

  El servicio fue excelente. Fui a ver cuánto me aprobaban y salí con una carro.. todo fue mejor y más rápido de lo que me podía imaginar . Me atendió el Sr. Keith y no puede haber mejor vendedor que el. Te lleva de la mano, sin prisa, escucha tu necesidad y busca un pagaré muy cómodo para uno.. Gracias Sr. Keith por hacer de esta experiencia una muy agradable.

  Update next day Noticed truck shuttering alot so I called to see if that was normal the firat lady I spoke with was very nice advisor ashley (whom says she comes off as blunt and up front not rude) came across very rude when she implied that I was someone who was trying to get over on someone . I called to see if it was normal not to be accused of trying to scam someone I mean I just paid close to 300 bucks for that and I went to the dealer bc I thought they would know what they was doing. I didnt say they did anything wrong I just had a question then she said well u didnt ask for a diagnosis u asked for a trans flush correct I did also didnt have any issues before hand but bc it was the 1st time being there was treated as if I was in the wrong. Thank you for telling me I can pay 150 for a diagnosis but ill be going to a diff dealer from now on. Day of Got there early they took me right in super friendly offered water and coffee while I waited trans flush took bout hr 15 min and was less then I was qouted which was nice.

  Had an issue pop up on my Tahoe while traveling out of town for work. Ashley in the service department was super nice and friendly and even helped me locate a rental car agency near the dealership so I could continue traveling and finish what I was traveling for. This was all around 5pm. They kept in touch with me through the whole process and I really like the video walk through they provided. They were able to get me taken care of on a short notice so when I was traveling back through on the next day my vehicle was completed and ready for me to pick up so I could get back home. THANK YOU SERVICE DEPARTMENT and THANK YOU ASHELY!!!
