  I placed an order for an air filter for my car and was told it would be available for pickup on April 9th. I’ve come in twice today and it still hasn’t arrived. I was told the second time I came in that the place it was ordered from canceled it. I was told “it wasn’t the stores fault”. They said I could either order it again “and see what happens” or get my money back. I opted to get my money back. But then it took awhile for that to happen because the employees were attempting to help multiple customers all at one time. Help one customer at a time and it will be more efficient. They also claimed they didn’t know who it was coming from or who had cancelled the order or why the store hadn’t been notified of the cancellation. All around poor experience.

  Came in to get some fix a flat to fix a leaking tire, and it turns out my situation was a little more severe than that. Shoutout to Clift at this AutoZone for being super helpful for getting me back on the road safely, he was quick and happy to point me in the direction of help. I am very appreciative of this Autozone and its employees for being so willing to go over and beyond to help me.

  I would like to send a Shoutout to Mr. Joe, who is the manager of the store. I am the Operations Mgr at Providence Transportation and Mr. joe went above and beyond during the snowstorm to ensure one of my drivers were able to get windshield wipers, as well as get them installed. And for that we are grateful!
