  Anthony at Mavis in Lenoir was incredibly helpful. He explained everything that was going on with my truck in great detail, showed me multiple options to solve the problems and offered a fair price on it. Highly recommend to anybody needing quick, efficient, good quality work!

  I had a complicated brake issue with my 2011 Murano that required several visits in the same day, and this team handled it with professionalism and genuine care. Paul stayed closely involved, making sure everything was done carefully and correctly, which gave me confidence the problem would be fully resolved. Anthony was supportive and proactive, making sure I felt heard and taken care of throughout. Bella was courteous and attentive, listening to my observations and making sure they were addressed thoughtfully. Will, the technician, worked diligently and skillfully to get everything sorted and performing properly. Throughout the day, the team communicated clearly, stayed patient, and focused on doing the job right rather than rushing it. Even though the situation took time, their dedication, patience, and customer-first approach really stood out. I left feeling that they genuinely cared about getting it right, and I highly recommend them for honest, thorough, and professional service.
