I thought to myself "its an oil change, how much of a difference is one drive thru with a big pit from another place with a big pit?" I am able to tell you the difference now. I said to my passenger as we pulled away "you just dont get service like this anymore" From the MOMENT we pulled up and were greeted by a clean cut, smiling, professional we were walked thru each and every step of the service. I got the full synthetic and although at first the price was slightly higher than the other places with big pits it was worth the few dollars. Everyone working together with a system of checks that each person knew and participated in was impressive but by far the thing that I appreciated the most was the assistant manager Tristan coming over to introduce himself, he talked about the services they offered at that location, went down a list of recommended maintenance to dos for my mileage, he even told me to go online to valvoline.com and grab that $15 dollar off coupon for the full synthetic that was available!!! As a business owner myself and a seasoned recruiter for positions of leadership and management I am hoping that valvoline knows what they have and treat him right. He told me hes been there 2 years and my response was if you ever want a career change call me. Total service time from drive in to out was under 20mins. Building was new and well maintained. Area of town was as nice as Lenoir gets. Ease of entry and exit and invited back if I needed a carfax check done on a possible trade im thinking of doing. I will return, I do recommend highly, and I am thankful for the experience that reminded me of how customers are supposed to be treated.
