It was paid for by our fleet management company. Kyle and his team took great care of my company car. My wait was a little longer but they took care of everything I needed done. I highly recommend this shop. Excellent customer service.

I unfortunately had to bring my dog with me but the female mechanic paid attention to him, not only that ,I only asked for oil change and inspection..SHE..went out of her way to rotate my TIRES! No extra charge!!!! I highly recommend Mr. Tire in Lenior NC!!

The young woman checking the pressure and adding a bit of air was so kind and helpful, she saw the screw in the tire right away!!!! My husband was in therapy and it was his truck. When I picked him up from therapy, he wanted to go back and let them fix it. They did this even though it was later in the afternoon (after 5pm). I'll be back!
