  I had a company car worked on here. The car is garaged in Boone but Boone Mr. Tire couldn't do what I needed done, so I came here. It was paid for by our fleet management company. Kyle and his team took great care of my company car. My wait was a little longer but they took care of everything I needed done. I highly recommend this shop. Excellent customer service.

  I called to get an inspection and oil change and got appointment same day! It was for my Nesson 2006. Old car but well took care of. I unfortunately had to bring my dog with me but the female mechanic paid attention to him, not only that ,I only asked for oil change and inspection..SHE..went out of her way to rotate my TIRES! No extra charge!!!! I highly recommend Mr. Tire in Lenior NC!!

  I had a low air pressure signal on my Red Nissan Frontier truck and stopped by here while in Lenoir. The young woman checking the pressure and adding a bit of air was so kind and helpful, she saw the screw in the tire right away!!!! My husband was in therapy and it was his truck. When I picked him up from therapy, he wanted to go back and let them fix it. They did this even though it was later in the afternoon (after 5pm). I'll be back!

  My experience at Mr Tire in Lenoir NC has always been excellent. This is from scheduling an appointment to service department being available at my scheduled appointment time. Person at service desk is very knowledgeable of required service and gives estimated time of completion. Technicians providing the service are very knowledgeable of your requested service and provide additional services to assist you in making decisions for lasting performance of your vehicle. I’ve always been more than satisfied with their work. Great Team of experience!

  I brought my truck in this past Saturday to get the new tires put on that I bought online. Mr. Tire was the recommended installer. The tires I bought have a directional tread design, that I discussed with the manager prior to install. He told me that it would take an hour, to an hour and a half to finish. I finally got a call about four hours later. I went and picked the truck up, took off and noticed my glovebox was laying on the passenger floor. Apparently checking the cabin air filter is part of putting new tires on. Then I noticed my tire pressures were 60 psi on the left side and 70 psi on the right side. They also didn’t replace the valve stems like the paperwork said. So I brought it back there to reinstall the cabin air filter and reprogram the TPMS (reason the pressures were wonky). I mentioned that they didn’t replace the valve stems, but the manager just ignored that a couple times. When I got back home, I noticed the directional tread on the right side was wrong (discussed prior to install). Now I’ll have to bring it back for a 3rd time to be made right. I work out of town and am only home on the weekends, now I have to waste more of my home time to get this taken care of….I would like to talk to the regional manager about this. Unacceptable in my book.
