They were all so amazing. You couldn't ask for a better group of people than at this location. Thanks so much for making such a difficult time so much easier. - CCCcDec 6, 20251.0Don’t order tires from these people. They will “forget” to let you know that they couldn’t get them for some reason or another. They’ve done this TWICE to us now. In 2024 we ordered tires, even paid the $25 deposit to get them delivered to Mavis and they just “didn’t come in” conveniently, so they upsold us on some tires they had in store. This year we CALLED weeks in advance to have them order the correct tires for us. We called the day of the appointment and “oops. We didn’t get the $25 deposit from you so we didn’t order the tires and didn’t have your phone number so we couldn’t call you back.” How did you not have our phone number when we gave it to you TWICE???? If you as a business fail to get info you need to place an order, that is on you to make it right. Not to surprise your customer THE DAY OF with some tires they didn’t want, and some bs excuse. If the issue was over $25 you should’ve paid for it and just told us when we came in for the tires if you “didn’t have the phone number” which is AGAIN on Mavis for not getting the info they need. So disappointing every time. Update: I called “corporate” (which was literally someone in the store just claiming to be corporate) and they said “sorry. The tires you tried to order a few weeks ago are on back order everywhere within an 80 mile radius” which they wouldn’t have been if these absolute clowns had ordered the tires WHEN WE CALLED ORIGINALLY. So we called a different tire place. Less than 80 miles away from Mavis, mind you, and what do you know? They had them…NOT on back order. We went there instead.
