  I shop at this store on a regular basis, and I’m tired of dealing with the GM. Instead of being helpful with a warranty issue, he says he can’t do anything even though it was their negligence that caused the discrepancy in the first place. The other thing is the GM told me they do not price match, that is a BS lie. They WILL price match local retailers like for like and this is the only store I’ve had this issue with. Take care of your customers, and they will keep coming back. Tell them you can’t help them repeatedly or refuse to price match a local retailers price that is $20 less and they’ll find a retailer who will help them and not cheat them out of their money.   If I could leave zero I would I came tonight Sunday night at 8pm and they had the doors locked with staff in there and kids like a whole family in there and yal can’t open the door it was an emergency my mom needed lights for her car and internet says they open til 9 so I don’t understand why it’s closed an hr before
