  I had such a positive experience at Whistle Car Wash in Leland and I want to give a special thank you to Willie McBride, the manager. Today turned into a much longer situation than either of us expected and Willie stayed patient, kind and fully committed the entire time. We worked together for over an hour to retrieve my car fob from a drain and he never gave up until we (HE) found both pieces and got everything cleaned up so l could get home safely. We even got to know each other during the process and I truly appreciated his warm personality and willingness to help. Willie went above and beyond and I'm very grateful for his time, effort and care. Thank you again, Willie and thank you to Whistle Car Wash. Willie was an angel in my time of need today!   Today the manager at the Leland location damaged my husband’s windshield with a broom, trued to blame my husband for the damage, and was still going to make him go through the car wash with the windshield he JUST DAMAGED WITH A BROOM. The “manager” was then increasingly rude and irate with my husband to the point that the cops had to be called. My husband‘s vehicle has dash cameras installed so he was able to record the whole incident from the damage onward and showed that to the police and that was sufficient enough for them to file a damage claim. I hope that corporate handles this and reads this review and knows that the only way to secure success for their business going forward is to unfortunately remove this manager who has had previous negative experiences that he has caused other guests with their interactions at this specific location.Fire him.

  The app rarely works. Most locations including this one dont have the license plate scanner. So you have to use the app but then the app wants you to buy a new wash instead of using the ones youve paid for in the subscription. And the scanners are set super high so I have to get out of my sedan to scan the phone. Today the girl was really rude and when i drove through she goes "Ummmm your welcome!". Its frustrating to have to park at the gate and do a whole slow thing because of Whisltes app issues and scanner issues and staff issues. get it together.

  Javin, Zack and Maurisiciao? were extremely benevolent and helpful! I'm an actual local and have never been to this establishment until today. Everything was in working order. Clean areas to work in and all the machines worked great. I won't be going back to hall of fame. That's for sure! Hashtag New Repeat customer 💥💥💥💥💥
