  Had a screw in my tire , wasn’t sure it penetrated. Took it in to have it looked at. They told it’s would be about an hr wait, which was fine my wife followed me and we were going to drop it off. Ran into Lowe’s hardware. And they called saying it was done already! Not even a half hr. Plus they didn’t even charge me anything! Because it didn’t penetrate the tire. All the staff were very courteous.

  Im so glad Mavis opened in Leland. It's convenient, fast and the customer service is top notch. They offered the best price on tires after I called several options and they are excellent in their service and install. They definitely have a customer for life with me :)

  Terrible customer service, had a tire placed on a rim at Mavis in Leland and when my husband placed it on the vehicle the tire sensor was not synced to the car. He called and was told to bring the car up and his manager could connect it quick as it was a simple fix. When my son took it up there the manager Johnny told him he had to make an appointment and that no one at that location spoke to anyone about a tire sensor so he must have spoke to a call center. My husband called the number again and confirmed it was the Leland mavis location, he explained what had happened with my son and was transferred to the manager who aggressively argued with him that he did not talk to anyone at his location and when my husband told him that he had just called the same number and confirmed he did speak with his employee, Johnny hung up on him with zero response. Thinking it was an accident he called back and was hung up on again. I will be escalating this and providing security camera footage from my home proving that my husband was calm and questioning. Will not be returning until under new management and suggest customers drive the extra miles to precision tune in Wilmington, we have had much more professional encounters there for years. Lesson learned for us

  My car got towed there NYE night. They were very helpful and had my services done in 2 days given they were closed New Year’s Day. They were easy to get in contact with and very helpful, even checking my other tires there as well. Thank you guys!

  For the past year I have gone to the Mavis in Leland and I can say that every time I go I am leaving happy! The staff always goes above and beyond to care for their customers! It is hard to find an auto place you can trust and it’s wonderful knowing I found a place I can count on. Shout out to Gia and Rob for always trying their best to make my visits great :)
