I had a tire that lost air rapidly all of a sudden while out doing deliveries for Instacart. I had aired the tire up twice at Lowe's home improvement when I noticed Mavis next door so I drove over. After explaining my situation and the guys looking at my tire I had 2 options. I could patch or plug the tire or put the spare on. I did not even have $10 to my name at the time!!! 😔 I asked how would it be to put my space on. The guy said there's no charge . I could've cried but didn't. In a chaotic world full of greedy people I was blessed with these people being so kind and non judgemental . So please keep these guys and gals in mind if you need tires etc., really great group of people! But specifically the two that helped me unfortunately I lost the sticky note with their names 😭 but you two know who I'm referencing . Stay kind my friends!

I had an indicator light on my dash alerting me to a tire pressure issue. I was actually at the dealer and asked them to check my tire pressure which I thought they corrected, but I was wrong. I tried inflating them myself, but still kept getting the alert. I walked in and asked them about checking my tire pressure. They said, without hesitation, sure. They took my key and within five minutes, my car was back. Tire pressure alert gone and all with a smile. I will be bringing my car to Mavis in the future. Thank you!

One of our tires was flat and they all needed to be replaced. Craig and his crew completed the work in a very professional and timely manner. We got our vehicle back slightly ahead of schedule. They did a great job working us in late on a Sunday afternoon. We received Outstanding service and we will be back. Great job and many thanks.
