He informed me complete top off of fluids, etc. I proceeded to say only thing that was done was the oil and filter. Then I question should I pay full price for services not rendered, reply was no I will check with the manager went inside. Charge my card full price minus a $25 coupon I already had. Then came out to say my hood was still up and he wasn’t finished, then put washer fluid in, but yet already told me he was finished until I called out the incompleted service. Spoke with the assistant manager told him the situation he gave me a $30 coupon that expires the end of March. Which I highly like I will be able to use at this time. Spoke to the manager and informed him of what I experienced. He was understanding. Offered to refund me, but at this point I was done. My card had already been charged and I will no longer deal with this organization. Lesson to take away confirm you get the services you pay for.

He has a very nonchalant attitude. now on the other hand, my experience was five stars due to a technician named token. He was remarkable very welcoming very engaged on getting the job done he offered great information. My car with the service and runs amazing. I highly recommend that he is the manager of this location. He truly does an overall wonderful job. Not sure who the current manager is, but this guy token definitely has manager all over him. He knows how to create a welcoming environment when you need a job done and he has a pleasant attitude that customers truly appreciate
