  Stopped in for an oil change and inspection. Told them not to inspect the filters but they did anyways and damaged the cover for my cabin filter. Still works but it's the principle of having respect for others stuff. Pit guy neglected to reinstall my skid plate. As I drove off, the heatshield (held on by the same screws for the skid plate) started dragging on ground, so I went back. The mechanic that helped me then was great, high respect for him. However, when I wanted the problem documented in the system, the assistant manager tried to soften everything and kind if push it on me. Ihad to explain that the problem wasn't there prior and that i had physically put my hands on the plate two weeks ago when performing a repair on my car. Ironically, the screws that held on the heat shield would not have needed to be removed if the plate was missing to begin with. Miraculously, they happened to have the exact skid plate in the pit that matched my car and reinstalled it. It was described to me as shear chance they had that skid plate. They ultimately tried to play me as an idiot. 5 out of 5, would NOT recommend. The pit guy is an idiot, management tried passing the blame, but the mechanic who finished the repair was freaking AWESOME! I wish I got his name for the accolades.

  Nick is the best ever!!! He went way above any expectations to help with everything I needed. He called places looking for parts, he talked to store associates when I went out looking for the parts to help them get what I needed. He was very busy the entire time and never let a new customer pull up without acknowledging them even while he was in the middle of doing something else. He never once acted like he was annoyed with being pulled in 20 directions. He was so sweet, kind, amazing, professional and the very best to work with. He deserves a huge raise! He handles crazy, hectic, overwhelming situations with pure grace and kindness. Nothing was ever an issue because he made sure of it. Nowadays, no one takes time to treat people nice and the personal component has completely dissipated. Nick brings back the simplicity of genuine customer service just listening and helping you to make sure you fully understand and get what you need done. He brings back what life should be about and that’s kindness and wanting the best for one another. He treats you like a friend, not a customer. I truly can’t say enough. He’s rare and such a wonderful person! Thank you so much again, Nick!!

  Courteous and attentive staff...went in for an inspection and was told would be about an hour but didn't have to wait that long..would recommend to others.

  Went to Jiffy Lube for the very first time today to get my yearly inspection and wasn’t super impressed by the service. We pulled in because they did not look very busy, but when we walked in the door we were told by the guy that he’d be right with us as he walked out into the bays, and then we proceeded to stand there for about 15 whole minutes before anyone ever acknowledged our existence, and then when he finally did come back they helped 2 other people who had arrived after us first. We were then told it would be about 45 minutes to get us in and out, but it ended up being over an hour, so start to finish we were at the place around 2 hours for what should’ve been a routine quick inspection. The guy who checked us out was very nice so that didn’t go unnoticed, but still didn’t make up for the very poor customer service up to that point. Not sure if we’ll go there next time.
