- JHJon HarveySep 9, 20251.0After stopping twice, walking in having nobody available and walking back to my car, I finally got an employees attention on my third visit. They looked up the bulbs I needed on the computer, went and got them, brought them back to me. When I got home found out they were wrong. So when I went back to exchange the bulbs and after waiting the usual 10 minutes to get somebody's attention, I was treated like some kind of hostile enemy force, how dare I ask to have the right parts given to me the first time. Avoid this advance Auto at all cost! Horrible customer service!!!!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
