  Thr district manager here, Tony. My guy!! Did not disappoint!! I bought what i believed to be a faulty battery but was always told it was good. 2 months after the warranty expired then they tell me its bad. No matter my guy Tony took care of me! He swapped the old out with a new. Barely had to get out of the truck. Back home to Texas I go!! Thank you so much guys!! I appreciate yous!!

  I went to the store to inquire about oil changes and filters for my truck and car. A very polite man assisted me; I explained that I wanted to place the order online because I didn't have my physical credit card with me—only the card numbers. He was very helpful. I had to step outside to check a specific number that I hadn't realized he needed. When I came back inside with the number, he was assisting another customer, and an older woman stepped in to help me. However, instead of helping, she gave me attitude. I asked her if they had any specials on oil changes, and she snatched the paperwork from me in a rude manner. That was when I asked her why she was treating me that way. I really don't know why they keep that woman on staff if she doesn't know how to treat a customer. Saturday, 11/20/26, around 3:00 PM.

  Every time I go to this Auto Zone I have a great experience! Every staff member is attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable I highly recommend this establishment!
