The staff is always friendly and helpful. The vehicles I have rented have all been in great condition & very clean. No hassle obtaining rental or returning it.

I stated the last time a representative called to let me know that & followed up once a car was available. This representative stated they had customers extend their reservations. I canceled mine & left. The representative was not apologetic & the company wasted my time. I will not deal with them again. They are highly unprofessional.

There is no effort put into making sure the type of vehicle you reserved will be on the lot. Update: Contacted customer service, like the comment below suggested. I gave them the info. I was told they were going to make this right and would get me in the vehicle. 5hrs later and I haven't heard anything from anyone.
