Clearly by the look on his face this was a strain to him. When he looked at the battery he said “I m not tearing apart a whole cover” I asked for the tools to do it myself and this too seemed like a chore to him. I went across the street to Auto Parts Plus and had amazing friendly service with a complete take out and install! So you just lost a $225.65 and any future sales
