  Very professional environment and clean lobby/waiting area. Associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and the job was done within the time frame I was quoted .

  I 1st called to make sure they were avail and the young lady said come on down. She took me right away and also gave me coupons on the services I needed. She was extremly nice and polite and so helpful. I appreciate her professionalism.

  Carlton checked me in for my appointment. He was very professional and courteous. He not only kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, he offered some additional valuable information regarding the maintenance of my vehicle. Because of Carlton’s service, I will certainly be back to Just Tires and will be sure to tell my friends and family.

  People were extremely lazy, had no sense of urgency or motivation. Had an appointment for 2pm for a free alignment check. I got there 40 mins early and they only had 2 cars in the stalls and there was only one customer in the waiting room. I was told that it would take a couple of hours before they could get to me. When asked if I was going to get the alignment done if needed, I said I don’t know yet, I just put new tires on and was just curious if it needed it. They then went in the bay and came back out to me and said that it would be longer than he thought and it would be about 3 - 3 1/2 hours. Very lazy workers and I highly recommend going somewhere else.

  I had a new set of tires installed. Ms. Ruby was absolutely amazing in making sure that my shipment of the tires to the location was in place prior to my appointment. Mr. Dale was also outstanding when I arrived for service to acquire everything that was needed to complete the install and explain everything. I am an extremely happy customer with this Knightdale location. I live in Mebane and literally pass other locations to come to this store for the repeated excellent customer service! I appreciate the friendliness, patience, attention to detail, and overall great work experienced here always. Mr. Carl and the rest of the amazing team working in the back also always take good care of my services, thanks again.
