  Overall everything was great till I left my portable charger in the van when I returned it and now nobody seems to have found it

  Booked a reservation for pick up at 9am. The lobby was completely full and only one person working behind the desk. Waited 45 minutes to still have multiple people ahead of me, cars were not ready and were being cleaned by one other person. Literally had to leave and go to another location to get a car due to having to be at a meeting. Ridiculous wait times. Will avoid this location at all costs. Rent here at your own risk, if you have unlimited time to wait, cool. If not, I definitely recommend another location. Extremely disappointing experience. Wasting people’s time.

  I had an outstanding experience at Enterprise thanks to Xxavier. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best possible experience. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained all my options clearly, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to customer service. Xxavier went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my vehicle and confident in my rental. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. Because of his exceptional service, I will absolutely be returning to this location and recommending it to others. Xxavier is a true asset to Enterprise—thank you again for such a great experience!

  Here we go. I rented a Mazda two weeks ago from this location which quick reminder I waited 45 mins for after scheduling a “appointment” which doesn’t mean a thing to Enterprise. Strike 1. Upon arrival of the Mazda I was told the driver side door handle inside doesn’t work and I’d have to roll the window down. I immediately asked if this was noted in the file so I wouldn’t get dinged down the road and I got a “absolutely it’s noted”Strike 2. Two weeks later I got a call from their collision and damage department saying I was the one who damaged the driver door and it was on me to pay for repairs. Strike 3 Honestly just don’t rent cars people, these companies are designed to hurt us more than to help us. Never again.

  I do my absolute best to NOT leave negative reviews unless I believe it's fully warranted and this is one of those times. Having made a rental reservation and received confirmation of my vehicles availability I was highly disappointed to receive a call 5 mins before my pickup time to state Enterprise did not have a vehicle available for me and that they'd call me in an hour to confirm pickup. 2 hours go by and I finally call back to be informed still no vehicle available. And on top of that was advised that I should call other Enterprise locations to see if they could accommodate my reservation. Total lack of empathy and general customer service. I even called the corporate customer service line and was promised my issue was being escalated and I'd receive a call back from management. Well needless to say that has still yet to happen. So, trip is canceled and plans are ruined Thanks to Enterprise!
