Been told my truck is to heavy to be able to rotate tires or they give an excuse as to why they can’t, they try to add random things to the maintenance that don’t need to be performed so then I have to wait for the fleet company to approve. Hopefully they are actually changing the oil. This last time I was handed my cabin air filter to change myself. I went to change it later on and it wasn’t even the right filter. Pure laziness.
