  Went in today and received excellent customer service from check in to service department. Thanks to Ruby the store manager and everyone in the service dept for a great job and helping me get my car riding smooth again!

  SCAM, RUDE The worst of the worst place i could have brought my cars in. Oil changed, 2k miles later car says needs oil change. Called and asked, was told to bring the car in to see why. Brought the car in, Woman in front desk told me “don’t worry, we’ll take care of it, and will run diagnose to see whats needs to be done” since i got diagnosed from the dealer, and we will see if whats recommended by dealer was gonna match whats the techs here find. “ couple hours later called me, would not let me talk, even hung up the phone after told me will have to charge to diagnose and that i put too much oil in it after the car says oil is low.

  I recently brought my car in for an oil change. The sticker on my windshield says the next oil change is due in 3,000 miles, but my car’s system is already showing that it needs an oil change. I’m concerned there may be an issue with the type or quality of oil that was used. I brought my car back to have it checked .However, I was told that I would need to pay for checking. Since this issue may be related to the oil change that was just performed, I don’t believe I should be charged to have it checked. NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP

  I originally had brake work done at a different location, and after noticing a burning smell, I went to Just Tires expecting an expert opinion. I paid $110 for a diagnostic and was told my calipers and brake hoses had “caught fire” and that my brake pads were bad due to crystallized resin. I was then quoted about $1,800 to replace multiple components, including rotors, brake pads, calipers, and brake hoses. While the customer service representative was professional and knowledgeable, their feedback appeared to be based more on subjective opinion rather than confirmed findings before a thorough inspection was completed. After getting a second opinion, I learned those claims were incorrect — the pads, rotors, and hoses were still in good condition, and the only repair needed was a caliper, totaling about $300. I also took the brake pads to Advance Auto Parts, where they confirmed the pads were still in good condition and even offered to swap them for a new set at no charge. Strong consumer warning: please get a second opinion before approving major repairs here. Someone less experienced could easily rely on this information and pay for unnecessary work.

  My husband called and asked about getting a tire fixed. They told him to come in at 5 PM. He went in at 5, and they said sorry. We're busy, and backed up. Come back tomorrow at 2 PM. He went in at 2 PM today, and was told they didn't have him down for an appointment, and we're too busy and couldn't take him again. So unprofessional. Our tire is messed up, and they keep having us drive in for nothing.
