Five major issues : 1) When she got there(early) she was told it would be an hour and a half before they could look at her car. Is there some definition of the word "appointment" that I've missed? 2) The person at the counter rudely brushed her off while answering other calls. He didn't answer and ask them to hold. He let the customer standing in front of him wait and held his index finger toward her as if she were interrupting him. 3) When she asked the price of an alignment, they quoted $199. When I called I was quoted $149 for a single and $209 for the 3 year plan. She was not given the $149 price. He also told her that she got an alignment when she bought the tires. This was a flat lie. I have the receipt to orove that. I wonder if it's because she's a woman and they thought they could get away with it? 4) When she said she couldn't wait for them to get around to her "appointment", the guy rudely tossed her keys at her. No apologies, just annoyance like it was HER fault. 5) When I called, the person who answered the phone was immediately defensive and rude. He basically said that appointments are meaningless if they're busy and called my wife a liar. Choose this Just Tires location if you enjoy long waits, shady business practices, rude staff, and possible sexism. I've got another vehicle that needs tires right now and I'll be getting them somewhere else. Way to lose a good customer.

They quoted my mother in law $1600 in repairs when she went in for a state inspection that they failed her vehicle on They said her struts were bad. Got second opinion from mechanic and found no damage to struts. I’ve purchased several tires from this location. Never again. Bad business practice.

Edit If that pic doesn't explain what went wrong I doubt if you would understand words.
