- DFDavid ForrestNov 14, 20253.0I’ve been here in the past and I’ve gotten in and out for a routine service in 30 or 45 minutes. To define routine service I mean a tire rotation, check balancing and check and tune alignment as needed. Today I had my regular appointment set came in and the second person seen. There were five people working.It took a few minutes to get checked in. After my car was rolled in the person that I believe to be the manager left. After that, I looked at my car multiple times through the window and saw there was one person working and three people inside talking nonstop For at least 30 to 45 minutes. Long story short, it was not until I asked how much longer it would be, explain. I had an appointment at 8 o’clock and was almost at two hours, before the conversation ended and amazingly my car was done in about 10 more minutes. I can imagine with the labor shortage is hard to find people who actually work, but it would be really good. If the manager stayed on site to help remind people to stay on task.

Wasted my time and didn't bother to tell me several people after me with no appointment's cars were taken back. I left with no apology on their behalf. The store's lost management over the last year and has severely declined in service.I will never return to this location.
- CSCedric StewartNov 11, 20251.0I called just tired and made an appointment for wheel installation and front end alignment. I arrived at my appointment to get the run around. First I had my own rims and tires brand new out of the box. The technicians asked me did I have the tmps sensors I said no. They began to tell me that because I was going from a 17 inch rim and tire to an 18 inch rim and tire it could possibly scrub or worse of all puncture my tires. After all of that I said I know the tires will be ok and would they install? The technicians said no. Let me make this story short. I took my car to another rim shop to install my tires and rims and the car handles beautiful no problems! In fact I could have gone up to a 20 inch rim no problem! I would not recommend just tires to anyone please go somewhere else

The staff were very helpful in guiding me to the right tires for my car, and I appreciated their patience and expertise during the selection process. However, after driving on the highway, I noticed a vibration in my steering wheel. I made the trip from Smithfield to Knightdale to have the tires rebalanced. They told me everything was balanced correctly and suggested the issue might be related to my suspension. While I understand that could be a factor, I was disappointed that they didn’t offer to check or perform an alignment.. especially since I KNOW my car needs one. Overall, great customer service during the sale, but I wish they had been more proactive about post install support and alignment options.
