  If I could I would give Enterprise in Wilson and in Rocky Mount less than one star. I was in a horrible accident that was no fault of my own and unfortunately, my insurance deals with enterprise for rentals for their customers. I was repeatedly promised a car and then told "no inventory", told I would be picked up then told "you live too far away", led to believe cars were available online, to find out they were NOT there physically when you arrive to find a teenager sitting in an empty room at a desk eating french fries - looking at you saying, "Oh, we can't take same day reservations, we don't have any inventory here". It's a crazy kind of gaslighting. Meanwhile, all their commercials say, "We're here for you and your busy life, to make things easier, we'll pick you up!" It's a joke. A terrible, terrible joke. I finally found my own rental and got my own ride at Knightdale Enterprise where there were cars and kind, professional service people who actually knew what they were doing and meant what they said. They were wonderful to me and I was very grateful to find them.

  Enterprise completely failed us. I made a reservation two weeks ahead of time, and when we arrived, they casually informed us there were no cars available. What’s the point of taking reservations if you can’t honor them? This was a huge inconvenience and showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. The fact that they act like this is normal is unacceptable. If you’re counting on a reliable reservation, look elsewhere. Enterprise clearly doesn’t value its customers enough to provide what they promise.

  It was affordable the 2 vehicles during my rental period which was a few weeks when clean and drove great, switching was easy and extending was easy. And everyone i dealt with at the location was super nice. Hope others have the same experience. Honestly it was just chill and easy experience.

  I had a reservation for a rental car at 1:30 PM, but when I arrived at the location, I was told there were no cars available. The staff explained that they can take reservations but apparently can’t actually guarantee a car will be there — which completely defeats the purpose of making one. They said they’d call if something became available, but I never received a call. This put me in a difficult position and almost ruined my weekend plans. Thankfully, I called Hertz and they were able to accommodate me last minute.

  Max is the best! If you want a professional and kind experience rent enterprise Knightdale. Car was clean. Don’t rent anywhere else!!
