- IRIvy ReidDec 6, 20254.0I requested a vehicle in September, specifically a mini van, to take a trip to Asheville in December with two 15 month olds and all their paraphernalia, so we really needed the cargo space. When I got there, the rep who was clearly overwhelmed with assisting all the customers, informed me that I had options. I was very disappointed and quite upset. She listened to my concerns and bent over backwards to accommodate me. She suggested a good size SUV that actually worked out fine. The vehicle had no gas in it and the back of the third row of seats was dirty. We were in a hurry so I told the lady we’d fill it up and vacuum it at home. We had a good trip. The vehicle worked out great and when I returned it I explained the situation, not to be critical but to help them better serve their customers. The lady at the counter was very gracious and apologetic. She was able to adjust my fee as I returned the vehicle early and she even knocked a little off for having to gas it up and vacuum it! I would definitely rent from this Enterprise branch again! Thanks to all those who assisted! Sorry I did not get specific names but I picked up on 11/29 and dropped off on 12/6.
