  *RENTER BEWARE*CONSUMER ALERT* Reserved a car today for 1pm through Expedia today, paid for the additional insurance online as recommended. Drove 45mins to get there, only to show up and have Lauren (self-identified as the "manager" tell us "o' I'm sorry we don't have any vehicles available for you". To which we responded, We certainly weren't notified of this". Lauren responded, "Well we didn't have anything on file to notify you of this." Really, you dont have access to the intenerary from which you received our reservation? You don't have access to Expedia through which you schedule vast amounts of reservations? Lauren, could not and did not offer any sort of explanation, while the entire parking lot was full of vehicles. Nor has she even properly canceled our reservation. Now leaving us with the headache of trying to cancel the recommended additional insurance through which they themselves deal with regularly. Deplorable on all fronts. My interpretation on the matter, is Lauren was ready to go home at 2pm (it was approximately 1:40pm when we arrived) and didn't have it in her to provided actual customer service. Thank you Lauren for wrecking our day, our plans, our trip... Rest assured I will address my complaint with the appropriate parties.

  Mackenzie and another gentleman in there were absolutely amazing. They fit me into a minivan at first( it was all they had) but they let me switch out as soon as something came available and their customer service?! TOP TIER. Grateful for them!!

  I really wish I would have remembered the names of those that helped me. My car was stolen and was going to be in shop for a good while. I saw the reviews for Enterprise near me in Knightdale and booked to pick up my rental. The online process was a breeze. I arrived, the car was ready for me, no long wait and the gentlemen helped me carry my son's car seat to the car; you don't get customer service like that as much these days. The whole time I had the car it was comfortable, clean and a smooth ride. No issues. Once I returned I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, again no long wait, they covered the charges took payment & 1,2,3 I was free to. I will most definitely be back if I'm ever in need. Thank y'all for showing courtesy.

  Cameron at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. I was recently promoted and preparing for a relocation, and I needed a pickup truck to move a few things. It had been a stressful day, and I may have been wearing my emotions on my sleeve, but Cameron made me feel valued from the moment I walked in. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help turned my entire day around. It wasn’t just great customer service, it was genuine care. I’m extremely grateful for the experience. Thank you, Cameron, for making a difficult day so much easier. This was outstanding service!

  I’ve been dealing with this location since August and the customer service is always top tier! From the checking in process to returning the cars, the employees are always courteous and efficient! Great job!
