- RRRemiDec 15, 20252.0The employees here are always kind and helpful at this location, which makes this difficult to write. Unfortunately, over two recent visits, I witnessed behavior that made me extremely uncomfortable as a customer. During a visit yesterday, I overheard an employee in a grey shirt mocking and making fun another employee in front of customers while talking to a lady who said she was a "TSM". The employee being discussed (also in a grey shirt) overheard the exchange, and asked something and then just walked away while the other guy laughed in response. I saw no effort made by the lady to stop or correct this behavior before I decided to leave. I had to go back today and I overheard a different employee with a foreign accent in a grey shirt use a racial slur in reference to a customer. Hearing an employee using the N-word in front of customers was a shock and seemed extremely inappropriate regardless of his race. As a customer, witnessing bullying and then hearing that on two separate days, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and awkward. This type of behavior is unprofessional and really says something about this store's leadership. I've always had positive experiences with the employees here in the past, but after witnessing these two incidents, I don't see myself returning. Professionalism and basic respect should be expected when you walk into a place of business and customers should not be subjected to having to hear this. I was very hesitant to write this because the service has always been great, but I just felt like someone should know about this.
