- MRMichael Mac RunnelMar 3, 20265.0The Dealership was able to diagnose, and fix my 8 month old 2025 Equinox EV, after the infotainment and navigation System failed due to the OnStar System failing. They also took care of two of the recalls that affected my vehicle at the same time. The only unfortunate part was, it took a while as they had to wait on the parts availability. The shop manager was courteous and spent the time to explain the issues. Even though I purchased my new car elsewhere the folks in the repair shop took care of the warranty repairs and treated me like every customer should be.

Sarah was very knowledgeable and prepared.

That said, the Boyd's team was extremely responsive, friendly, and proactive in their communication. In fact, I had an appointment for a Tuesday, but had to have the car towed there on Monday. They took it in right away and had the problem fixed before the end of the day the appointment was set for. Their diagnosis was quick and the repair made professionally and quickly.
