He is patient and willing, 2 very important things when it comes to getting down to the nuts and bolts (pun intended) of a problem. He makes sure the work is good, and readily offers honest assessments even if it falls to their responsibility! Rare. Appreciate that!

- MRMichael Mac RunnelMar 3, 20265.0The Dealership was able to diagnose, and fix my 8 month old 2025 Equinox EV, after the infotainment and navigation System failed due to the OnStar System failing. They also took care of two of the recalls that affected my vehicle at the same time. The only unfortunate part was, it took a while as they had to wait on the parts availability. The shop manager was courteous and spent the time to explain the issues. Even though I purchased my new car elsewhere the folks in the repair shop took care of the warranty repairs and treated me like every customer should be.
