- AMAlbrianna MoralesMar 17, 20261.0DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! I brought my car here about 2–3 months ago for a routine oil change. The staff I interacted with were polite and professional at the time, which I appreciated. However, I recently brought my vehicle to another mechanic after hearing a grinding sound from my brakes, and what they discovered was extremely alarming. During their inspection, they found TRANSMISSION FLUID throughout my brake system. In addition, when they checked the engine oil, they discovered that it also contained transmission fluid. I was informed that this should never happen and indicates that transmission fluid was placed in areas where it does not belong during a prior service. Because of this mistake, my entire brake system has been severely damaged by the contamination and I have now been told the repair could cost between $5,000–$7,000 minimum. The mechanic advised that the vehicle may even need to go to a dealership due to the extent of the damage. Even more concerning, I was told that contamination like this could have caused my brakes to fail or lock up while driving. That is a terrifying thought. While the employees were friendly during my visit, a mistake of this magnitude is incredibly serious and has left me facing thousands of dollars in damage and a potentially totaled vehicle. I hope the business takes responsibility for this situation, but I feel it is important that other customers are aware and double-check the work done on their vehicles.
