  Rente un vehículo por cinco días y el trámite fue muy sencillo, me aceptaron mi licencia internacional, sólo terminé utilizándolo tres días y me reembolsaron el resto. Son muy atentos y amables. Rentare un Vehiculo para mis próximas vacaciones.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with the Enterprise location in Kinston, and based on other reviews, it’s clearly not a one-time issue. I was in an accident on Friday, and my insurance arranged a rental through this location on Saturday. A representative called me, confirmed my reservation, and asked what type of vehicle I needed. I explained that I have multiple children and require a 7-passenger vehicle, as I normally drive a van. I was assured they would have something available and was asked what time I could pick it up. I confirmed 5:30 PM. To avoid any issues, I called again on Monday at 3 PM before leaving work early and arranging transportation. I was clearly told, “Yes, we have something for you.” Despite doing everything right on my end—confirming multiple times and planning ahead—I received a call from the location as I was literally arriving, informing me that they had no vehicles available due to spring break and a holiday. At that point, I was told I could “wait and see” if a car was returned. That is unacceptable. The entire purpose of confirming ahead of time—twice—was to avoid exactly that situation. If there was no guaranteed availability, that should have been communicated honestly earlier in the day, not after I had already rearranged my schedule and secured a ride. What makes this even more disappointing is that after reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring pattern. While management responds saying they will address it, the same issue continues to happen. I understand that inventory can be limited during busy times. What is not understandable is confirming availability multiple times and then failing to follow through at the last minute. This situation created unnecessary stress during an already difficult time, and it could have been completely avoided with proper communication and accountability.

  The rental we had was very nice! The employees at the Kinston, NC were very nice and knowledgeable. The website is very easy to use. I definitely will be using Enterprise services again.

  Originally we reserved a van but due to the late arrival of the vehicle. We was given a call of we wanted to upgrade the van to a 7 seat SUV. Of course we took the upgrade rental. On our way to our family trip we notice a tear on the seat belt that made us feel unsafe. On return the store manager learned from our concerns, he advised us that they knew about it and a claim was submitted prior to us renting the vehicle and provided us with a discount on the rental. Only reason I dont given them a 5 star was due to safety concerns.
