  Mike in Kinston NC office was very helpful and friendly. He had my car ready when I went to pick up. He explained the details and wanted to make sure I didn't have any more questions. I would definitely use Enterprise again.

  I rented a car from the Kinston branch and it was a smooth process. When I drive the car home, the car was loud and sounded like a truck.. I called the number so that I may let them know about the situation. The first person that I talked to truly needs to be fired I with that call can be pulled. The lady had me so irritated I told her to hang up so that I can take the survey at the end of the call. She boldly told me w that she was not hanyip and that we were going to stay on the call together. I told her that she did not care about her job and apparently she knows this and apparently she is doing this often to be so comfortable with that kind of attitude. Once I'm done with this rental, I will never use enterprise again if they have people like her working there. I asked for a supervisor and she said that she doesn't have one. If I could give zero ..then I would

  I "usually" rent a car from Enterprise about once a year for a business trip. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, as they were this time. However this time, the car was dirty, they said the pressure washer was broke. I said that's fine, it will be ok. While on the trip, the service engine lights come on. The car still drove fine so that was ok too. I return the car and head home, then I get emails and text saying, "I'm reaching out because I had received a notification that you could possibly be looking to purchase a vehicle soon...." However, I never said anything like that. I don't appreciate Enterprixe giving someone my info for them to email me and text me trying to sell me a car.

  Although this review is long overdue (my rental was on December 19 and it is now January 11), the service I received was so impeccable that I felt it was important to still come back and leave a review. Mr. Michael Graham was absolutely outstanding, and honestly, the entire staff working at the time of my pickup was professional, kind, and very helpful. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. During my rental, I did experience a few hiccups that were completely out of everyone’s control — including a tire issue that required a visit to Firestone. While the situation itself was inconvenient, the way it was handled made all the difference. Michael Graham went above and beyond with consistent phone calls, emails, follow-ups, patience, and genuine concern to make sure I understood what was going on and that I was comfortable and satisfied throughout the process. What really stood out to me is that Michael was doing all of this during a staff shortage. Even with limited staff, he still made time for every customer, whether in person or over the phone, and never made anyone feel rushed or overlooked. That level of dedication and customer care speaks volumes. Because of the professionalism, patience, and care shown, I will absolutely be renting from this location again. Thank you to Michael Graham and the entire Enterprise team for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. Exceptional service like this should always be recognized.
