- KSKrista Smith2 days ago4.0It took me a couple trips to get everything don’t. First trip got in line for oil change. Sat outside for 2 hours, before I left without making it to a bay. 2nd time got into a bay, got oil changed. I had a coupon for $25 off. Gave it to the service guy, but did not get $25 off. Did not notice until I got home. Service guy took it to office & returned it with my receipt. Had to go back after weekend to get my inside care filter. Coupon was not except for that service. Over all ever everyone was friendly & helpful. I will try them again in the future.
- RRReggie2 days ago1.0Came on Saturday to get oil change in 2 cars. My daughter and I set for 15 minutes and didn’t even get anyone to walk out and ask what I needed. I left and came back Sunday morning and only one person showed up. She stated that the other person was not coming in today and to come back again tomorrow. I will never go back here again. Very disappointed.

The manager got on the phone with the other company (Valvoline) took pictures and videos of my issues to present to them so I could be compensated properly for their neglect which was something he did not have to do Kudos to them!

He took the time to inspect everything, clearly explain what was happening, and even contacted the claims department with us when the shop back home made things difficult. His compassion and professionalism meant more than we can put into words. We are beyond grateful for him.
