  Ethan and friends did a "by the book" job yesterday afternoon. No waiting, offered a bottle of water, new air freshener, announced courtesy checks and I watched them do all of them! Bang up job guys

  Went in for an oil change and inspection. Everything passed but my tag lights were out. They failed me. Told me they couldn't get to the lights so they didn't change them. Said I could change them and come right back so they could verify they were working. Fine. I left. Fixed lights and went back. I pulled up, had two guys tell me ol they're good. Took about 2 minutes. All they had to do was print the passed paper. But no. The first guy came back and told me the "big boss" said i had to get in line and wait my turn. 1 hour later, they pulled the car in and verified the lights worked and sent me on. Kinda irritating for sure. Especially since they had already looked before.
