- BPBridget P3 days ago5.0This shop is impressive! The technicians are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I came in for a coolant flush and refill, which they performed quickly and skillfully. They told me I would be needing a serpentine belt in the near future (which I suspected) but didn't try to scare me into immediate action. The next day, I brought in a new belt and they quickly installed it at no charge. As a female, I hate high pressure scare talk and up-selling, thankfully there is none of that here. These guys will definitely have my business in the future!

- THTodd HarrisJan 2, 20261.0Very unpleased with their level of customer service!! I went in to have four tires mounted and balanced and came out with a $175 bill!! I tried to use a 10% coupon that was advertised on the website and was only given $6 off on my bill!! The manager then tried to explain that because I purchased my tires elsewhere that only received a partial discount and then decided to offer me $10 which would have been the 10% off of my bill. I will not definitely be bringing any of my vehicles to be serviced there anymore!!
- MLMarlen LDec 9, 20253.03 star because they did my oil change, however most of them looked highschooler kids. Looked like they had no clue what they were doing. I was making sure they added synthetic oil not some cheap brand. Management was there, guy was professional. I asked the young dude my car making lots of noises and knocking he said its the oil change. What a dummy. It was my engine after taking it to the dealership. They are a basic mechanic not very professional. Too high. Will Continue to go to Liberty Gas station least I get a deal there since I'm down the street from where I stay.
