  Tire repair done. Very accommodating and took me without appointment. Everything was great but they forgot to fully air up my repaired tire. Had to stop and air up to recommended PSI. Otherwise would have been 5 stars!

  We got a nail in our tire, but made it home to Corolla. Tire Choice is a partner of AAA which is great so AAA could coordinate towing the car to Tire Choice. Instead of trying to upsell me on a new tire, they were able to patch it saving us hundreds of dollars. Communication was great and they were super friendly. They were a good partner in a stressful situation.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to make an appointment to have my oil changed and I was directed to a call center. The woman at the call center who made my appointment quoted the service to be around $50. After the service was completed we were given the bill of $120+! When we asked why it was so much higher than what we were originally quoted we were told that they were having issues with the call center misquoting customers and that they had asked the call center to STOP quoting their customers. However, even though the associates were aware of the call center misquoting their customers NO ONE made any attempt to inform us, their customer, of this fact until the service was completed, TRAPPING us into paying this ridiculous cost! We were given a pathetic discount of $15 when we charge more than $70 over what we were originally quoted. When I called the call center to get some answers they said it was our fault for not asking a second time how much it would be and then hung up on me! Do Not Trust these scammers with your time, money, & especially your vehicle! Horrible way to run a business and disgusting way to treat your customers!!

  Driving from FL to VT and the right rear tire blew a steel belt. Needed to order and replace both rear tires. Jessica Spence placed the order for the next morning delivery from a warehouse. The next morning we arrived for the 9:30 am installation and she had ordered only one tire. I decided to buy that one tire and hope to get home to VT without the other tire blowing a steel belt. So far we have made it to NJ. So, not happy with Jessica’s mess up and to add insult to injury she was not interested in helping us find another matching tire from your stores north of her store. Turns out the warehouses you use north of Norfolk did not have any stock. Jessica also messed up another customer’s tire order by getting 2 tires instead of the 4 he needed. He waited a day. He left really ticked off. BTW: your tire technician was fast and competent and he gets 5 stars.

  They did a speedy oil change and rotated my tires and I’m pleased with that. The one thing I’m not pleased with is the price. My boyfriend recommended this place to me and they quoted me $49.99over the phone. Well they charged me double what they charged him for the same oil change and I just have a Honda. He actually has a Chevy Tahoe, which one would think that it would be more expensive for that vehicle.This total ended up being 7149 and my total ended up being 120 81. I think that’s crazy for an oil change for that price I would not be back. I would really like to know what the difference was between what he got and what I got.
