  Booked and confirmed a reservation for pick up at 12pm on Saturday. Called them at 12:02 and they were CLOSED! We had to wait until Monday to get a rental. When I voiced my frustration, the rep. Simple stated. "I dont know why they let you book it. We close at 12 on sat and close at 5pm during the week." Customers behind us had a reservation and confirmation for 2pm on SAT. and like us, had to not only WAIT but find a way to get to their location because they would not pick us up. So, because of a MISTAKE that seems to be well known we not only were stranded for two day but, had to PAY a car service to get to them. NOT GOOD. NOT GOOD AT ALL. IF You need to rent a car get one BEFORE you head into the OB

  I am happy to say that my most recent experience was excellent. Young lady was really good with customer service and had everything ready as promised Because this is an edit of my first review, I will combine the two. So 5 out of 5 for this most recent experience one out of five for my previous experience which means at this point 3 out of 5 is what I feel is a valid recommendation The following is the original review : Very disappointed in this location. Made a reservation checked in got dropped off and then the person comes out of the office and says oh we called you. We don’t have a car. No offer to assist in finding a vehicle no offer to assist in fixing this reservation This used to be a really good Office for Enterprise with excellent customer service Something like this happened in December as well and I let it go but this is ridiculous. If you are renting from this location you better make sure that you call the location because no matter what even if you’re able to Check in, they will let you come to The office and then state that they called you but I showed the manager Zach that there were no calls made to my phone according to my phone log. There were no voicemails left on my phone. For a company that toutes itself on customer service, this location has really been a disappointment. So because we have limited access here I have made a reservation for 3/10. I add this here to show when the reservation is made and we will see if the next experience is any better.
