I rented a car from them a couple years ago (reviews were turned off) when we picked the car up the tire light was on. The gentleman explained that it’s just a faulty sensor. We drove to Colorado from the obx and back at 18 psi. We thought man this thing is terrible on fuel because for a newer smaller car is it was around 800$ In fuel all together. They offered us a measley 40$ discount. Long story short the techs don’t check the cars whatsoever and have no regard for your safety in that aspect. If you do choose to rent a car please check it yourself first for safety reasons. We could have been killed on the highway and lucky I’m alive today.

Received a call from them a day later saying “there’s no vehicles returning right now, but that may change”. So then i asked “why did the website allow me to book a vehicle then?” The employee then stated “the website lets you book whatever”. If you’re going to choose this company for a rental vehicle, i suggest going into their office. (i was not able to make it their offie during their working hours, as i work the same hours) I am only posting this review to help others have a better experience with this company than i did.
